Errors and omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed 4XL Menswear cannot accept any liability for any error and omissions.
Shipping And Handling
All goods delivered by courier will be will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders taken before the relevant cut-off time will be depatched the same day, subject to credit card approval and availability. Goods are only available for despatch within the United Kingdom, Europe and listed countries, any potential overseas customers outside these areas should contact us for individual arrangements.
Items out of stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. It is not our policy to substitute items without the customer's explicit consent.
Guarantee / Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within seven days of receipt provided it is in its original packing and unused. The customer is responsible for return postage and refunds will reflect the cost of goods only, not post and packing costs. After this seven day cooling off period any returns will be at our discretion. Should any item be faulty, return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. Your statutory rights are unaffected
Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. the cost of return postage will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Our aim is to provide the customer with an efficient, fair and legal service.
